The app

Posture Pause provides gentle local reminders to check your posture during work hours. It is a habit tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Seek professional care for pain or injury.

Subscriptions & lifetime purchase

• Yearly Premium — auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Includes a free trial when offered by Apple. Cancels anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Renewal charges within 24 hours of the period end unless cancelled.
• Monthly Premium — auto-renewable subscription with the same Premium features. Cancels anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Lifetime Premium — one-time non-consumable purchase unlocking the same Premium features permanently on that Apple ID.

Premium unlocks every reminder interval (15–120 minutes), including shorter check-ins and longer deep-work blocks. Free includes 30, 45, and 60 minutes.

Restore

Use Restore Purchases to re-activate Premium on a device signed into the same Apple ID.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse notifications or attempt to reverse-engineer paid entitlements. Features depend on iOS notification delivery, which Apple may limit under Focus, Low Power Mode, or system throttling.
